About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanic Operation Manager to oversee and manage our team of mobile mechanics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our mobile mechanic operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the automotive repair industry, and a track record of managing successful teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of our mobile mechanic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and customer service
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of mobile mechanics to ensure that they are delivering high-quality service and meeting performance targets
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our mobile mechanic operations
- Work with customers to identify their needs and ensure that we are providing the best possible service
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and industry standards
- Manage the budget for our mobile mechanic operations, including equipment, supplies, and personnel costs
Person Specification:
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing successful teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, including the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
