What We Need To Perform Your Repair
We will need your keys to access your car, and you may need to move your vehicle for us to perform the repair so it’s best you, or another driver of the vehicle, provide the keys.
You are required to provide us with private, off-road parking for your vehicle and ours as we can not perform the repair on a public road. We’ll need to be able to park our van within max 2 spaces (10m) of your vehicle. If your parking space is affected by a height restriction – please let us know before confirming the booking
We’re good at working in small spaces but obviously, there are limitations. You are required to provide 3.2 x 4.7 m of space for our service provider to set up their gazebo so they can perform their repair. We may need to ask you to reposition the car accordingly.
We’ll also need access to power, a standard 230V plug socket, ideally within 10m of the repair area.
If any of these are not provided on arrival and we are unable to complete the repair, a cancellation fee will be applied. Please see our cancellation policy below for guidance on fees.
