Hydroloop Technology
How We Do It
The vehicle is driven onto our bespoke reclaim mat. It is then jet washed using a specialised cleaning foam in combination with water. All dirt and water runoff is collected by the reclaim mat and pumped through our Hydroloop system to be filtered and reused in future washes. This means we require no on-site access to water or drainage.
Hydroloop
Developed in house, Hydroloop is our bespoke water recycling system. It enables us to efficiently jet wash vehicles and then reclaim and filter the vast majority of the used water, essentially creating a closed-loop cycle. The reclaimed water is pumped through a series of filters which extract the dirt and produce clean water, ready for use again.
HGV Washing
The vehicles are initially sprayed with Active Diamond Foam, a specialised, self-acting cleaning foam that lifts off and breaks down the dirt. The solution is left to act on the surface of the vehicle for two minutes and it is then rinsed off using exclusively water. The product used is highly environmentally friendly and very gentle on materials.

01 How much water is wasted per vehicle with the Dropless hydroloop system?
5-10% of the total amount of water used to clean the vehicle, but this is dependent on a number of factors and is always improving.

02 How many vehicles can you clean using one tank’s worth of water?
At this point in time, we are able to wash around 10-15 vehicles with one tank of water. Of course, we are always tinkering with our patent-pending technology and hope to improve this over time.

03 How long does it take you to clean a 7.5t van?
Less than 15 minutes! Our team is trained in the most efficient method of cleaning.

04 How is the water cleaned with the Dropless hydroloop system?
We can’t tell you the ins and outs but, in simple terms, we run it through a series of filters which separates the dirty from the clean water.

05 How much water will I save using the Dropless hydroloop system?
There are so many factors involved in vehicle washing and how much water can be retained. At this point in time for an average HGV we will lose about 3-5% of water used.

06 What do I need to provide you with when you arrive on site to clean my HGV?
Nothing! Our van has everything that is required to clean your HGV’s including water and solutions. We also take all the dirty water offsite with us, meaning we do not need drainage to be on site in order to clean your fleet.
